S.T.A.L.K.E.R. – Clear Sky goes Steam. New screens inside
Valve announces that the GSC Game World’s next project, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. – Clear Sky, will also go digital distribution exclusively on Steam. The new GSC game is built on a new X-Ray engine version, 1.5, meaning we’ll notice a lot of graphical improvements. Apparently the “bad news” is placed somewhere in this statement: „The official prequel to the Survival FPS game S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl is currently slated for simultaneous release on Steam and at retail outlets later this year.”
„Later this year”? Damn, that sucks a lot. I was really looking forward for a spring release of this game! Anyway, we also have some screenshots for your viewing pleasure. Check them out below!
